After
an eventful start in the 80's that led the band to an endless touring
in Europe with Motörhead, Saxon, Def Leppard, Satan Jokers, Tyran'
Pace, Vengeance, etc. and to the release of their first 2 albums
("Mystery Blue" and "Circle Of Shame"), MYSTERY BLUE succombs to
internal problems, due to the fast rise of the band and the young age
of its members.
At the beginning of 1996, a more mature MYSTERY BLUE is born with a new line-up (featuring the female top singer Nathalie, the drummer Vince, the bassist Dany and of course Frenzy, the guitar player who founded the band in 1982) shortly followed by the recording of a third album "Spirit Of Your song".
In 2004 the exciting, worldwide critically acclaimed "Metal Slaves" is released by Steelheart Records.
Beginning of 2005 Rikki replaces Dany on the bass. In
2006 the band is signed by MAUSOLEUM Records for the outstanding "Claws
Of Steel" recorded at the famous HOFA Sudios in Germany and mixed by
the master of the genre Achim Köhler.
Recently
MYSTERY BLUE shared the bill with such bands as Girlschool, David
DeFeis (Virgin Steele), Rock Bitch, Destruction, Paragon, Rebellion, Wolf and played at great
festivals in Germany like the Swordbrothers, Metal Forces and Headbangers Open Air.
With
a solid live experience, a perfect musical technique and an intact joy
of playing, the four musicians set the stage on fire with a powerful
and melodic Heavy Metal... |
